Any Company registered under The Companies Act 1956, with limited liability, conducting chit business is eligible to become a member of ICFA.

Membership could be Annual Membership or Life Membership. Right of membership is subject to acceptance by the Managing Committee.

District Chit Funds Associations can become affiliated body members of ICFA.
